1. Who we are

sapphiredc.com is operated by Sapphire LLC, 1100 15th Street NW, Washington, DC 20005. Sapphire LLC also operates ReturnMail.ai, whose return mail product is now part of Sapphire AVS.

2. What this website is

This site describes Sapphire's products for state and local government. It is informational. There is no account to create, nothing to purchase, and no service delivered through it. Reading it does not create a contract.

3. Products and agency agreements

Use of Sapphire AVS or Sapphire VPO is governed solely by the written agreement between Sapphire LLC and the agency, including its data-handling, security, service-level, and liability terms.

Nothing on this website adds to, limits, or changes that agreement. Where anything on this site differs from an executed agreement, the agreement controls.

4. Acceptable use of this website

  • Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or interfere with its security.
  • Do not copy or republish its content without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Sapphire name and mark, the ReturnMail name, this website, and its content are the property of Sapphire LLC. Sapphire's return mail processing and address management methods are the subject of a pending United States patent application. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use any of it.

6. No warranty on website content

Website content is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but it may change without notice. It is not a specification, a warranty, or a commitment about any product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sapphire LLC is not liable for loss arising from use of this website. This section applies to the website only. Liability in connection with Sapphire AVS or Sapphire VPO is governed by the applicable agency agreement.

8. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. This does not affect the governing law or dispute resolution provisions of any agency agreement.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do.
