1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what Sapphire LLC collects through sapphiredc.com and how it is used. Sapphire LLC also operates ReturnMail.ai, whose return mail product is now part of Sapphire AVS.
Records that an agency processes inside Sapphire AVS or Sapphire VPO are not covered by this policy. They are governed by the written agreement between Sapphire and that agency. Section 7 explains the difference.
2. What we collect on this website
Information you give us. If you submit the demo request form, we receive your name, work email, organization, role, product interest, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser and device information, and the pages requested.
This website takes no payment and does not ask for a mailing address or a phone number.
3. How we use it
To reply to your request and arrange a demonstration, to keep a record of who has contacted us, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share it with anyone other than the providers described in section 5.
4. Cookies and tracking
sapphiredc.com sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Nothing is stored in your browser by this site, so there is nothing to opt out of.
5. Sharing
- Service providers. The providers that host this website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
- Legal compliance. Where required by law or valid legal process.
6. Retention
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on its standard schedule.
7. Agency data inside our products
Records an agency processes through Sapphire AVS or Sapphire VPO belong to the agency, not to Sapphire. Nothing changes a record without staff sign-off, every action is logged, and deployments are available inside the agency's own environment.
What is collected, how it is used, how long it is held, and how it is returned or destroyed are set by the agency's written agreement with Sapphire and its data-handling terms. This policy does not add to or limit those terms.
8. Security
Sapphire is SOC 2 Type II certified and builds to NIST 800-53 controls. Data is encrypted in storage and in transit, access is controlled and requires multi-factor authentication, and production systems run in an isolated private network.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@sapphiredc.com. This website has no accounts, so there is nothing to close.
10. Where data is held
Sapphire operates in the United States and data collected through this website is stored and processed there.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do.
